3-Ingredient High-Protein Greek Yogurt Ice Cream

High-protein ice cream made with real food ingredients. No gums, no junk. Just thick Greek yogurt, raw honey, and a little vanilla. Sweet, simple, and fire. Ice cream you don’t have to beat yourself up over after…

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt (or two cups of full-fat cottage cheese!)

  • 2–3 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch sea salt

Optional:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • Dark chocolate chunks

  • Collagen scoop

How to Make It

Option 1: Easiest Way

  1. Mix everything in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Pour into a shallow container.

  3. Freeze 1–2 hours (stir once halfway through).

  4. Scoop + sprinkle flaky salt on top.

Option 2: Blender Creamy

Blend everything until super smooth before freezing.

This makes it extra whipped + creamy.

Pro Tips + Add-Ins

For texture upgrades:

  • Flaky sea salt on top (trust me)

  • Cacao nibs for crunch without added sugar

  • Crushed toasted almonds or pecans

  • Frozen raspberries folded in for tart contrast

For macro-friendly mix-ins:

  • A scoop of vanilla or unflavored collagen

  • Swirl in almond butter or peanut butter

  • Dark chocolate (85%+) chopped

  • Cinnamon & dates

For high cardio/endurance days:

  • Extra drizzle of raw honey

  • Crumbled medjool date pieces with olive oil (yes)

  • Sprinkle of granola for higher carb recovery
